Business, but not as usual

Here at Powells Creek Tennis Centre, we are continuing with coaching, as tennis is one of the few sports with built-in social distancing and no physical contact!
Nevertheless, we have special measures in place to ensure the health and safety of our community of students and parents, which include:
- following Tennis Australia’s COVID-19 Community Tennis Guidelines for Continued Play
- capping the numbers entering the tennis centre so that we can maintain social distancing practices
- players are to wait outside the gate until it is time for their lesson, comp or court hire
- players must wash their hands before stepping on and after stepping of the court
- players stay on court during their lesson, match or court hire
- no handshakes after matches, substitute with taps of the racquet
- staggering start, break and end times so courts are vacated in an orderly fashion
- all players must bring their own racquets.
